Short answer
Provide contact and company details, project location, task, desired platform and working elevations, usable footprint, access restrictions, product or part numbers, quantity, timing, and shipping destination. Photographs and dimensioned drawings can clarify unusual geometry.
Describe the project before naming a product
State what work must be reached, where the equipment will be used, and whether conditions are indoor, outdoor, mobile, fixed, restricted, or specialized. Separate desired working elevation from platform elevation and include units for every measurement.
Include known product identity
For an existing fleet, transcribe complete labels and part numbers. Identify single-width or double-width context when known and photograph the full assembly plus connection points. For a new system, explain footprint, route, platform, access, and mobility needs instead of guessing a model.
