1. Order cancellations
Standard equipment orders may be canceled before freight has been packaged or shipped without incurring the 25% restocking charge. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, standard cancellation is no longer available and the order is treated as a return, subject to the return terms below.
Special or custom-designed scaffold orders cannot be canceled once the signed drawing has been approved and manufacturing has begun, because these orders are built to the customer's approved specifications.
2. Standard equipment returns
Standard scaffold equipment may be returned for a refund, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return freight costs, as well as damage resulting from inadequate packaging or shipping-related handling. Such damage may be deducted from the refund or may make the item ineligible for return.
3. Special or custom scaffold returns
Special or custom-designed scaffold orders are not eligible for return or refund because these items are manufactured to the customer's specific approved drawing.
4. Freight damage and shortage claims
Any freight damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (B.O.L.) at the time of delivery. The customer must report the damage or shortage no later than 24 hours after delivery, along with photos of the damage, packaging, and delivery documentation, to begin a claim. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
