1. Manufacturer warranty
Warranty coverage on Instant UpRight products is provided by the manufacturer and passed through to Upright Scaffold customers. Coverage terms, duration, and eligibility are determined by Instant UpRight's warranty documentation applicable to the specific product and tower series purchased.
2. Rib-Grip joint and manufactured parts coverage
Instant UpRight's cold-formed Rib-Grip joint systems carry manufacturer warranty coverage of up to 10 years. Manufactured parts and standard components also carry manufacturer warranty coverage of up to 10 years, with the exact duration depending on the specific tower system purchased, such as the Span series.
Please confirm the specific coverage period for your product at the time of purchase because coverage may vary by product line. The applicable manufacturer warranty documentation controls the actual coverage, duration, eligibility, exclusions, and remedies.
3. Common exclusions
Manufacturer warranty coverage generally does not extend to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, overloading, improper erection or dismantling, improper storage or maintenance, unauthorized modification, welding, drilling, cutting or alteration, accidents, abuse, neglect, or damage occurring during shipping.
Freight damage is handled separately under the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Order Cancellations and Freight Claims policy rather than treated as a manufacturing defect.
4. Filing a warranty claim
If you believe a product has a defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Upright Scaffold first. Upright Scaffold will coordinate directly with Instant UpRight on the customer's behalf.
To process a claim efficiently, provide the order or invoice number, product and part number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected item. Do not modify, repair, or dispose of the product before receiving instructions because doing so may affect the claim.
5. Safety notice
If any scaffold component appears bent, cracked, corroded, incomplete, or otherwise unsafe, stop using it immediately and do not continue work while a warranty claim is pending.
