3. Component compatibility
For construction scaffolds subject to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10), components from different manufacturers must not be intermixed unless they fit together without force and the user maintains the scaffold’s structural integrity. Similar appearance or nominal dimensions do not establish either condition.
Customers must not combine components from different manufacturers, product lines, or series unless Instant UpRight or an appropriately qualified engineer has specifically confirmed compatibility for the complete configuration. Verify the exact part number, dimensions, connection style, model, series, revision, and applicable documentation.
4. Regulatory compliance
Customers are responsible for the safe use, installation, and dismantling of scaffolding equipment after purchase. Before installation and use, customers should verify all applicable local and state requirements and, where applicable, OSHA 29 CFR Part 1926, Subpart L.

5. Inspection and damaged equipment
